Please bring the following documents with you when enrolling your kindergartener.
- Original Birth Certificate
- Up-to-Date Immunization record, Or proper waiver from the health department.
- Proof of Residency: 2 proofs of physical address. Excludes driver’s license.
Must be 5 by September 1st. With a waiver 5 by December 1st.
